Interventions

Dakronine Hydrochloride Solution for Injection Combined with Ciprofol Group:15 minutes before anesthesia induction, 1% dyclonine hydrochloride gel (10 ml: 0.1g) was taken orally
Anesthesia induction: All patients were administered intravenous propofol at a dose of 0.3-0.4 mg/kg, with an injection duration of 30 seconds.
Simple Ciprofol group:Take 10 ml of 0.9% physiological saline of the same volume at the corresponding time point

65 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible elderly patients (regardless of gender) aged 65 to 79 years, with a BMI of 18.5 to 27.9 kg/m^2, and ASA grade II or III, who are not scheduled for painless gastroscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously, there was an allergic reaction to dyclonine hydrochloride solution and ketamine; 2. The patient had severe hypertension (SBP = 180 mmHg or DBP = 110 mmHg); 3. Severe arrhythmia, heart failure; 4. Recent acute respiratory infection or asthma attack; 5. Active hemoptysis; 6. Coexisting mental disorders; 7. Significantly abnormal liver and kidney functions; 8. Severe anemia (Hb < 60 g/L).
