Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients presented with non-specific balance disorders including dizziness, vertigo and heavy-headedness. No definite cause was identified at admission, and they were diagnosed as dizziness of unknown origin. 2.Complete clinical data. 3. Age>=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dizziness definitely caused by known etiologies such as trauma, acute cerebrovascular events, intracranial tumors and psychological disorders; 2.The clinical data were severely incomplete. Participants withdrew from the study midway, making case matching and indicator statistics unfeasible. 3.Loss to follow-up; 4.Patients complicated with severe failure of cardiac, hepatic, renal, respiratory and other vital organ functions, which may interfere with diagnosis, treatment procedures and prognosis assessment. 5.For patients with repeated hospital admissions or multiple visits, only the first eligible case was included.
