Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Presented to the emergency department or urology clinic with acute renal colic; 3. Urinary ultrasound examination report clearly documented the result of "ultrasonic ureteral crossing sign" (positive or negative); 4. Had follow-up imaging (CT, KUB, or ultrasound) records, or clinical records that could clearly determine the final outcome (spontaneous passage or surgical intervention).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ureteral stricture, ureteral tumor, transplanted kidney, or ureteral malformation; 2. Bilateral ureteral stones; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Patients with acute urinary tract infection, fever (body temperature =38.5°C), or sepsis; 5. Patients who received emergency surgical intervention at the time of presentation (direct surgery without conservative treatment); 6. Incomplete follow-up data precluding determination of final outcome.
