Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for infectious diseases. 2. Febrile patients,within 72 hours (inclusive) of anti-infective treatment, body temperature returns to normal or shows a continuous downward trend. 3. Within 72 hours (inclusive), in patients with abnormal procalcitonin (PCT) levels, the PCT levels decrease compared to before anti-infective treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-infection-related consultations; 2. Consultations where the advice was not adopted; 3. Discharged within 72 hours after initiation of anti-infective drug therapy;
