Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Disease diagnosis: Meets the diagnostic criteria for ovarian teratoma mentioned above and intends to undergo surgical treatment; 2.Applicability of ERAS: Patients and their families give informed consent to receive perioperative care based on the ERAS concept; 3.Age range: generally between 18 and 65 years old; 4.Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with nursing operations and postoperative rehabilitation assessments; 5.Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge serious underlying diseases, such as severe cardiovascular disease (heart failure, severe arrhythmia), respiratory system disease (acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), liver and kidney failure, coagulation dysfunction, etc; 2.The combination of emergencies such as ovarian torsion, necrosis, rupture, and infection makes it difficult to implement ERAS standardized care; 3.Previous history of major abdominal surgery; 4.Mental or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with preoperative education and postoperative rehabilitation training; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Refuse to participate or withdraw midway.
