Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.CT examination confirmed a fracture of the femoral neck; 2.Age =60 years old; 3.Hip replacement surgery has been received; 4.SA classification is from Grade I to Grade III; 5.The medical records are complete;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.cognition impairment; 2.Combined with severe internal diseases; 3.Early postoperative death (<3 days); 4.Terminal malignant tumors or an expected lifespan of less than six months; 5.Has a history of mental illness and is unable to cooperate with treatment on its own; 6.Fractures in other parts of the body or osteoarthritis can affect functional assessment; 7.Combined with severe coagulation dysfunction;
