Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients aged 18 years or older, regardless of gender; 2. Admitted for cardiovascular-related symptoms or with a history of coronary heart disease; 3. Completed systematic collection of basic information, diagnostic results, and core biochemical indicators; 4. Clinical data is complete, with no missing key information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing key information (ID, diagnosis results, age, etc.); 2. Missing core indicators (blood pressure, blood lipids, blood sugar, etc.); 3. Data abnormalities (such as BMI 50, exceeding medically reasonable ranges); 4. Duplicate records or minors (< 18 years old).
