Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of primary Parkinson's disease as defined by the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS) in 2015; 2. Hoehn-Yahr stage >= 2.5; 3. Has no history of severe neurological or mental disorders, no history of using antidepressants, other antipsychotic drugs, or long-term use of sleep aids; 4. All patients underwent STN-DBS treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parkinson's syndrome caused by other factors; 2. History of brain diseases such as brain trauma, stroke or brain surgery; 3. History of mental disorders such as severe anxiety, insomnia, depression and schizophrenia; 4. Patients who were clearly diagnosed with depression before the diagnosis of PD; 5. Those with a family history of depression; 6. Those with a history of severe diseases in other systems; 7. Fasting blood glucose > 6.1 mmol/L or < 3.9 mmol/L
