Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clear consciousness, cooperative during examination, and capable of verbal communication; 2. Meeting the indications for colonoscopy; 3. Aged >=18; 4. With informed consent obtained and signed by the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of other malignant tumors or cancer metastasis; 2. Patients with intestinal obstructive diseases; 3. Patients with acute diarrhea or defecation disorders; 4. Patients with severe physical activity disorders and inability to perform activities of daily living independently.
