Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. General practitioners, community nurses, village doctors or public health personnel working in community health service centers, township health centers or village clinics, etc.; 2. Have been engaged in primary health service work for at least 2 years; 3. Did not participate in other similar intervention studies simultaneously.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Personnel who are currently employed but have been absent for a long time, such as those on long-term sick leave or furthering their studies
