Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chinese guideline for diagnosing and treating heart failure 2024[48]Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of heart failure according to the New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification[49]Including patients in grades II to III. 2.Conforms to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Muscular Dystrophy (2024 edition)[50]Diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia. 3.Age = 60 years, < 75 years. 4.The patients and their families both have basic verbal and written communication skills and at least one of them can use a smartphone and WeChat. 5.Conscious and able to communicate effectively with researchers. 6.volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who exhibits psychotic symptoms or has a history of mental illness before admission to hospital. 2.Combined with angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, serious arrhythmias, autoimmune neuromuscular disease history of disease or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and other serious physical diseases can not complete the exercise. 3.Patients with a pacemaker or other implantable device. 4.Patients with acute decompensated heart failure, moderate to severe valvular heart disease, especially aortic regurgitation. 5.Complicated with deep vein of lower limb thrombosis. 6.patients are currently participating in a similar study.
