15 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 15–59 years old (based on the National Bureau of Statistics’ classification of the working-age population, which defines young and middle-aged adults as those aged 15–59); 2. Diagnosed with heart failure according to China’s diagnostic criteria for heart failure; 3. Presence of symptoms and signs of cardiac decompensation; New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class II–IV; 4. No hearing or speech impairments; able to communicate normally; 5. Stable vital signs; not a critically ill patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have experienced an acute cardiovascular event (within the past three months); 2. Patients with cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate; 3. Patients with concurrent malignant tumors or other severe organ dysfunction.
