Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older; 2. Acute ischemic stroke, confirmed by imaging (CTA/MRA/DSA) to have large vessel occlusion (ICA, MCA-M1, ACA-A1, VA, BA, PCA-P1; large vessel defined as visually estimated diameter >=2mm); 3. Time from onset or last known normal to arterial puncture completion <=24 hours; 4. Undergoing endovascular treatment, such as stent retriever thrombectomy, aspiration thrombectomy, or intra-arterial thrombolysis; 5. Pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score <2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative imaging confirmed intracranial hemorrhage; 2. Presence of active bleeding or known bleeding tendency; 3. Heart, lung, liver, or kidney failure, or other severe organic diseases; 4. Allergy to contrast agents, nickel-titanium metal, or their alloys; 5. Angiography shows tortuous vascular pathways making it difficult to reach the target position or retrieve the instruments; 6. Loss of medical records and imaging data.
