Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years or above. 2. Scheduled for unilateral hip arthroplasty under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of Grade ? to ?. 4. Alert and oriented, capable of cooperating with auricular point pressing therapy and indicator assessment. 5. Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Auricular point pressing with beans is contraindicated for those with skin damage, inflammation, eczema or other conditions on the auricle. 2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or communication disorders. 3. Those with a long-term history of sedative medication use or alcohol dependence. 4. Patients complicated with severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys.
