Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years, meeting the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 2. Presence of diabetic foot ulcers, Wagner grade 1–5; 3. Presence of diabetic kidney disease, with clinical diagnostic criteria of UACR > 30 mg/g and/or estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 mL/(min·1.73 m²), persisting for more than 3 months, and exclusion of chronic kidney disease caused by non-diabetic etiologies; 4. Voluntary participation in this study with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Study participants with severe acute or chronic diabetic complications, including ketoacidosis, acute infection, severe retinopathy, or severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. Individuals who are unable to cooperate due to mental disorders or cognitive impairment.
