Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Gender: Female; 3. Diagnosed by imaging as distal radius fracture, with or without ulnar styloid fracture, and treated with conservative plaster/bandage fixation; 4. Voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of ipsilateral shoulder joint surgery, rotator cuff injury, adhesive capsulitis, fracture, etc. of the shoulder; 2. Patients who developed complications immediately after the removal of fixation (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Type 1, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, etc.); 3. Patients with previous neurological diseases (such as stroke, Parkinson's disease) or upper limb symptoms caused by cervical spondylosis; 4. Those with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney diseases or mental disorders that affect the assessment; 5. Bilateral upper limb fractures or severe injuries in other parts; 6. Patients who experienced shoulder joint pain when assessing the dynamic disorder of the scapula at the baseline.
