65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=65 years, regardless of gender. 2. Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement/repair, aortic surgery, ventricular septal surgery, pericardial surgery, etc. 3. Patients or their family members signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of dementia, psychosis or other central nervous system diseases. 2. History of drug abuse, misuse of psychotropic drugs, or long-term use of steroids and hormonal medications. 3. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction. 4. Severe coagulation disorders. 5. Recent major surgical procedures. 6. Other conditions that may interfere with study enrollment, such as lactation, pregnancy, malignancy, severe disability, etc. 7. Subjects who refuse participation or are unable to communicate. 8. Concurrent participation in other clinical trials.
