Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 20-45 years; 2. Minimum of 6 months continuous prior Pilates experience (any format); 3. No orthopaedic, neurological, or musculoskeletal pathology limiting full participation in supervised exercise; 4. Willingness to commit to 16 training sessions over 8 weeks; 5. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent enrolment in another structured resistance, movement, or rehabilitation programme; 2. History of spinal surgery or vertebral fracture; 3. Current pregnancy; 4. Inability to provide informed consent.
