45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Surgical type: Elective coronary artery bypass grafting ; 2) Age: 45-75 years old, gender not limited; 3) New York College of Cardiology (NYHA) cardiac function classification II or III, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) > 50%;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate; 2. Local anesthetic allergy, abnormal coagulation function, infection at the puncture site, immunosuppressive state; 3. Severe psychological dysfunction with inability to cooperate with SGB, abnormal cervical anatomy, failed stellate ganglion block.
