60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. diagnosed with sarcopenia; 3. walking independently; 4. cooperate in completing all examinations; 5. understand the instructions on the use of the technology and the implementation of the exercise plan; 6. signed informed consent form; 7. not included in other clinical studies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent acute myocardial infarction (3-5 days), unstable angina, resting electrocardiogram indicating an acute cardiac event; 2. arrhythmias causing symptoms or hemodynamic impairment, high-degree atrioventricular block without a pacemaker; 3. acute congestive heart failure or NYHA class III-IV; 4. aortic dissection, aortic aneurysm, or severe valvular disease; 5. uncontrolled asthma, pulmonary edema, significant pulmonary hypertension, or resting oxygen saturation less than 85%; 6. moderate to severe cognitive impairment, mental illness preventing cooperation; 7. communication difficulties due to hearing, speech, or visual impairment; 8. inability to provide informed consent or regular follow-up.
