Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnoses related to chronic diseases combined with nutritional problems (such as abnormal levels of albumin, prealbumin, retinol binding protein; sarcopenia, weakness, protein thermal malnutrition, anemia, immune deficiency, sleep disorders, cerebrovascular disease, etc.); 2. Chronic disease patients who are currently taking peptides or those who need to take peptides clinically; 3. Agree to participate in the research; 4. Study participants who receive follow-up and upload data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete mobile or paper log cards due to limitations such as educational level; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with mental illness; 4. Other subjects deemed unsuitable to participate in this study by the researchers.
