Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants were in grades 3–4 of elementary school, aged 8–10 years; 2. Voluntary participation in the study; 3. Written informed consent signed by guardians; 4. No history of severe systemic diseases or oral/maxillofacial trauma within the past 3 months; 5. Capable of cooperating with oral examinations, questionnaire surveys, and full-course intervention follow-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to obtain informed consent from the guardian or refusal by the child to participate; 2. Presence of intellectual disability or severe developmental delay rendering the child unable to cooperate with the study protocol; 3. Suffering from severe systemic diseases affecting the heart, liver, kidneys, blood, or immune system; 4. Undergoing orthodontic, periodontal, or oral surgical treatment; 5. Participation in other oral health intervention programs within the past 3 months; 6. Transfer of school, loss of contact, or voluntary withdrawal during the study period.
