Age 18-60 years; 3. Patients with no prior history of brain tumors, cranial surgery, or brain tissue biopsy; 4. No history of brain radiotherapy or chemotherapy, and no history of primary epilepsy before consultation; 5. Informed consent was obtained from the patient or their guardian before surgery, and an informed consent form was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The tumor samples do not meet the conditions for molecular pathological testing and thus the diagnosis cannot be completed; 2.
