Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Helicobacter pylori infection, with previous failed eradication treatment within the past two years, requiring further eradication treatment; 2. Age 18-70 years; 3. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are non-compliant with treatment; 2. Patients with mental illness or dysfunction of vital organs such as heart, liver, or kidney before admission; 3. Women planning pregnancy, pregnant women, and lactating women; 4. Patients allergic to the drugs used in this study; 5. Patients who have used bismuth preparations or antibacterial drugs within 4 weeks before treatment, or PPIs or H2 receptor antagonists within 2 weeks before treatment; 6. Patients with a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery.
