18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sign the "Informed Consent Form"; 2.Age >= 18 years and <= 80 years, regardless of gender; 3.Initial diagnosis of pancreatic cancer confirmed by histopathological and/or cytological examination; 4.Presence of at least one measurable disease site;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other systemic malignancies; 2.Non-primary pancreatic cancer patients; 3.Patients with pathology-confirmed non-pancreatic adenocarcinoma; 4.Patients without contrast-enhanced CT scans within one month prior to surgery.
