18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for RA; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. The number of teeth is greater than 8 (excluding third molars); 4. Subjects agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other rheumatic diseases; 2. Other diseases that may affect periodontitis, such as diabetes, leukemia, etc.; 3. Patients with known immunodeficiency, such as malignant tumors, organ or bone marrow transplantation, HIV infection, or those who have taken immunosuppressants in the past 3 months; 4. Patients with schizophrenia or other mental illnesses who cannot fully identify their own behavior; 5. Smoking and alcoholism; 6. Acute infectious diseases in oral patients 7. Combined with infections other than periodontal parts and requiring systematic antibiotic treatment; 8. Those who have received periodontal treatment and systematic antibiotic treatment in the 3 months before inclusion; 9. Those who are unable to cooperate with periodontal examination due to limited mouth opening or other reasons.
