Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18years; 2.Patients with sepsis, acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure, poisoning, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, multiple injuries, and other critically ill conditions are admitted to the intensive care unit; 3.The patient or their legal representative signs the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic kidney disease stage 5 (eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73m², based on CKD-EPI formula) or maintenance dialysis. 2.After a kidney transplant; 3.Before the ultrasound examination, the patient had already received renal replacement therapy.
