Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 12 years or above; 2.Patients with moderate to severe AD confirmed by doctors; 3.Have a history of medication use in the past six months; 4.Be able to understand the questionnaire (with parental support as needed) and be willing to provide the patient authorization form and disclose personal health information (or informed consent); 5.All patients gave informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient is currently participating in an interventional clinical trial. 2.Participating in another non-interventional study or registration did not exclude the patient from this study;
