Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age: 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; 2.primary colorectal adenocarcinoma was confirmed by postoperative pathology; 3.radical resection (R0 resection) was performed; 4.the operation time is from May 1st, 2021 to January 31st, 2026; 5.case group (CCE+ group): have a history of cholecystectomy (confirmed by postoperative pathology as benign), and the time of cholecystectomy is at least 1 year earlier than the diagnosis time of colorectal cancer; 6.control group (CCE- group): no history of cholecystectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.preoperative inflammatory bowel disease (such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease) or familial adenomatous polyposis; 2.synchronous or metachronous multiple primary malignant tumors (except non melanoma skin cancer); 3.operation due to emergency conditions (such as obstruction, perforation, massive hemorrhage); 4.the clinical or pathological data are seriously missing and cannot be effectively evaluated or matched;
