Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with back pain or limb pain as the primary clinical manifestations, and for whom infection or strain and degenerative changes are considered in the clinical diagnosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tumor patients; rheumatic disease patients (including ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, connective tissue diseases, psoriatic arthritis, etc.); patients with acute-phase thoracolumbar compression fractures; pathological fracture patients; patients without spinal and joint MRI.
