18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years; 2. Diagnosed with fibrosing mediastinitis by CTPA; 3. Imaging confirms pulmonary vein stenosis, and a multidisciplinary team consultation evaluates the need for interventional treatment; 4. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbid acute infection, malignancy, or active autoimmune disease; 2.Use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants within the past 3 months; 3.Pregnant or lactating women;
