20 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Work time after graduation <= 2 years; 2. Fully participate in the training of clinical nursing operation skills for regulated nurses; 3. No serious mental illness; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Handling resignation procedures during the investigation period; 2. Temporarily absent from work due to maternity leave, sick leave, and other reasons; 3. Internship and further education for nurses.
