40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) accompanied by thickening of the ligamentum flavum through imaging (MRI/CT) and clinical diagnosis; 2.During the operation, ligamentum flavum tissue is removed and sufficient specimens can be obtained for cell isolation and culture or histological detection; 3. Patients aged 40-60 years (inclusive); 4. No severe infection or systemic diseases affecting experimental results; 5. Patients are informed and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with concurrent diseases such as spinal tumors, tuberculosis, and purulent infections; 2.Patients complicated with autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and systemic lupus erythematosus; 3. Concurrent severe metabolic bone diseases (such as parathyroid dysfunction, osteomalacia, etc.) or diseases that have long-term effects on bone/ligament metabolism; 4. History of significant spinal trauma or previous lumbar surgery; 5. Long-term use of steroids, immunosuppressants, or antitumor drugs.
