Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years old, <75 years old; 2.Pathologically confirmed as adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction (Siewert II and III types), the pathological types include papillary adenocarcinoma, tubular adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, and signet ring cell carcinoma; 3.Before neoadjuvant therapy, the clinical stage was confirmed as cII-cIII (cT2N+M0, cT3-4aN0/+M0) by gastroscopy + endoscopic ultrasound, enhanced CT, and PET-CT (optional), based on the AJCC 8th edition TNM staging system. 4.The number of neoadjuvant treatment cycles is not limited. The treatment plans include: chemotherapy, chemotherapy + immunotherapy, and chemotherapy + targeted therapy. 5.After neoadjuvant therapy, after discussion by the MDT, radical surgery (R0 resection is expected) was deemed feasible, and robotic or laparoscopic radical total gastrectomy was performed. 6.The preoperative ECOG physical status score was 0/1. 7.Preoperative ASA score: I - III; 8.The clinical data are complete (including records of neoadjuvant therapy, surgical records, pathological reports, and follow-up data).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.It was confirmed during or after the operation to be in stage M1 (distant metastasis) or stage T4b. 2.There is a history of previous abdominal surgery (excluding laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy). 3.Having a history of other malignant tumors within the past 5 years; 4.Combined with severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys, unable to withstand surgery; 5.Gastric cancer with complications (bleeding, perforation, obstruction) requiring emergency surgery; 6.The clinical data is incomplete (key data is missing).
