18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Written informed consent has been obtained from the patient prior to any examination, sampling, or analysis related to the study. 2. Male or female patients aged 18–75 years. 3. Patients with at least one chronic condition requiring long-term medication, including cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, obesity, gout, or other endocrine disorders and cardiovascular diseases. 4. Life expectancy >= 6 months. 5. Long-term use of >= 1 different medication (oral or injectable). 6. Able to attend regular follow-ups as required by the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of conditions/access to use the smart pillbox. 2. Poor study compliance as assessed by the investigator, or other conditions that make the patient unsuitable for participation in this study.
