18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.pathologically confirmed malignant pleural effusion or benign pleural effusion,; 3.no prior immunotherapy; 4.ECOG score <=2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other severe diseases (e.g., “HIV infection, active tuberculosis”); 2.recent receipt of interventions that may affect outcomes (e.g., “immunotherapy or intrapleural chemotherapy within 3 months”); 3.inability to comply with follow-up;
