Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >60 years; 2.Diagnosis of hip fracture, including femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, or subtrochanteric fracture; 3.Hospitalized in the participating study centers; 4.Medical records available for assessment of the primary outcome;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fracture; 2.Multiple severe trauma; 3.Discharge against medical advice, transfer, or treatment abandonment before completion of major clinical care, resulting in inability to assess outcomes; 4.Missing key outcome data; 5.Severe missingness of major variables required for this study;
