18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation 2. Age 18-80 years 3. Scheduled for catheter ablation therapy 4. ASA physical status classification I-III 5. Capable of understanding and providing written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to catheter ablation (e.g., atrial thrombus) 2. Prior left atrial ablation therapy 3. History of respiratory tract infection within the past month 4. History of asthma or COPD 5. Allergy to iodine-based contrast agents 6. Concurrent participation in other drug- or device-related clinical trials 7. Pregnancy, lactation, or women of childbearing age with plans for pregnancy in the near future 8. Active infection 9. Patients who decline to participate or are unable to cooperate with the study procedures.
