Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.undergo radical surgery for esophageal cancer; 2.After surgery, the patient was diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma through pathology; 3.Cancerous tissue can be obtained during the surgical procedure; 4.The tumor staging is clear, and the number of lymph nodes removed during dissection is at least 20; 5.None of them had received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or other treatments before surgery; 6.There is no record of antibiotic use in the two months prior to the surgery; 7.No other infectious diseases; 8.Residing in Fujian Province for 10 years or more;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with incomplete clinical pathological data and tissue specimens; 2.Patients with secondary esophageal tumors and recurrent esophageal cancer; 3.Individuals who have received relevant drug treatments within the past month that may have affected the trial results, such as oral, intramuscular, and intravenous antibiotics, various probiotics and other microecological agents, as well as other drugs that affect the microbiota; 4.Individuals with other severe internal diseases; 5.Individuals who are critically ill and unable to answer questions clearly;
