Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged >=50 years 2. PVP(Percutaneous vertebroplasty)surgery cases performed at our hospital between 2022 and 2025 3. Preoperative CT scan + postoperative X-ray/complete CT data 4. Single-segment thoracolumbar spine surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vertebral fracture with cortical rupture 2. Cases of intraoperative bone cement leakage 3. Cases with substandard imaging quality;
