Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clear history of hypertension: three office measurements of systolic blood pressure =140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure =90 mmHg; or currently using antihypertensive medications; 2.Based on a comprehensive evaluation combining echocardiography, cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR), and 12-lead electrocardiogram, there are pathological alterations in cardiac structure or function due to increased pressure overload from hypertension, primarily including left ventricular hypertrophy, left atrial enlargement, and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclude other causes of LV hypertrophy (such as congenital heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy); 2.Image artifacts significantly affect observation.
