Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Holders of the People’s Republic of China Physician Practicing Certificate with a registered practice scope in anesthesiology, currently employed in the Department of Anesthesiology of a secondary or higher-level hospital, with at least one year of clinical anesthesia practice experience, who voluntarily agree to participate in this study and complete the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Visiting physicians and residents in standardized residency training who have not yet obtained independent clinical practice qualifications; retired physicians on re-employment contracts or part-time staff; individuals who have been absent from clinical practice for more than three months due to maternity leave, sick leave, or other reasons; and those who are unwilling to participate in this study or have incomplete questionnaire responses.
