Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old or above; 2. Possess normal cognitive, comprehension and independent communication abilities; 3. Be able to use WeChat independently or under the guidance of family members; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe organic lesions in vital organs such as the heart, brain, lungs, and kidneys; 2. Those with severe hearing impairment, speech communication disorder, comprehension disorder, or severe cognitive impairment; 3. Those with mental disorders; 4. Those deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers (such as those who intend to disrupt the research process and results, make improper demands, threaten the researchers, etc.).
