50 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 50 and 79 years old 2. Current residence is different from the registered permanent address 3. Migrated to the current residence with adult children to provide care for the third generation, or for household chores, or for elderly care 4. Have lived in the current residence for at least 1 month 5. Moderate or higher level of loneliness, that is, a score of 13 or above on the simplified loneliness scale (ULS-8) 6. Informed consent and voluntary cooperation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Telephone Interview for Cognitive Status(TICS) scores =20. 2..Visual or hearing impairments. 3. Diagnosed with any form of mental disorder or having a history of psychiatric illness. 4.Severe physical illnesses. 5.Inability to communicate. 6. Concurrent participation in any other form of meditation or insomnia treatment.
