Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Only include patients with primary gliomas (classified according to the WHO 2025 CNS classification) who visited our hospital from 2018 to 2025. 2. Complete molecular tests such as IDH1/2, TERT promoter and MGMT promoter. 3. Specimens are obtained through surgical resection or stereotactic biopsy, and glioma is confirmed by histopathological examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Brain space-occupying lesions without a clear diagnosis of glioma through histopathological, examination including brain metastases, lymphomas, etc. 2. Patients who have not undergone molecular tests such as IDH1/2, TERT promoter, and MGMT promoter.
