18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–35 years, male or female; 2.History of at least one significant unilateral ankle sprain (at least 12 months ago), accompanied by pain and swelling, and resulting in at least one day of interrupted normal physical activity; 3.Subjective feeling of instability or repeated "giving way", with a Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score <=24; 4.Fully understand the purpose of the study and all testing procedures, and voluntarily participate with signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute musculoskeletal injury of the lower limb (other than chronic ankle instability) within the past 3 months; 2.Presence of vestibular dysfunction, visual impairment, or neurological disorders (e.g., history of epilepsy) that affect balance and postural control; 3.History of lower limb or spinal surgery, or obvious lower limb joint deformity; 4.Contraindications to transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) or neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), such as presence of metal implants (especially in the head or a pacemaker), skin lesions, or extreme sensitivity to electrical current; 5.Currently receiving other specialized rehabilitation training for the ankle;
