Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of stroke; 2. Aged 55-75 years old; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 revised by the Neurology Section of the Chinese Medical Association, and confirmed by CT or MRI diagnosis; 4. Conscious and able to cooperate with the completion of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack, asymptomatic lacunar cerebral infarction, history of dementia and psychiatric disorders; 2. Those with incomplete demographic information; those with clearly diagnosed psychiatric disorders or other reasons for not being able to cooperate.
