5 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy children aged 5-14 years (without any systemic diseases) 2.Young permanent teeth with immature root development 3. Complete medical records and imaging data 4. For teeth whose root has not fully formed, at least a 6-month follow-up is required. The follow-up period is not limited to teeth that have achieved complete root formation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There is severe dysfunction of the heart, liver and kidneys; 2.There are teeth with periodontal involvement; 3. Patients with chronic systemic diseases (such as those with malignant tumors; patients with coagulation disorders, etc.).
