Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From July 2024 to January 2025, colonoscopy examinations were conducted at two research centers. The purpose of the examinations was to screen or monitor (with an interval of >= 3 years from the previous colonoscopy). The examinations were performed on asymptomatic individuals. The clinical data were complete, including pathological results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include: inability to provide informed consent, contraindications for endoscopic examination, symptoms of colorectal diseases, history of inflammatory bowel disease, family history of adenomatous polyps, or previous history of colorectal surgery. Cases with incomplete key data are excluded.
