Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease at Shanghai Children’s Hospital between January 2013 and February 2031.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete or missing information regarding prior diagnoses or treatments. 2. Patients who declined to provide written informed consent for the collection of clinical information or biological specimens.
